Zaizheng Zhou / 周在征

I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Geography, College of Urban Construction, Heze University, China. I study how palaeomagnetic and geological records constrain the evolution of continents, plate boundaries, and sedimentary basins.

My research combines palaeomagnetism, rock magnetism, magnetostratigraphy, structural geology, and plate-reconstruction methods to investigate tectonic processes in Northeast Asia, North China, the western Pacific margin, and adjacent regions.

• Magma emplacement and sill/dyke architecture

My current and recent research has been supported by the NSFC Joint Fund, the NSFC Young Scientist Fund, the NSFC General Program, and the Key Laboratory of Paleomagnetism and Tectonic Reconstruction.
